Of Allison Park formerly of Ross Twp . Age 86, died peacefully surrounded by her family Thursday, October 16, 2014; loving mother of Paula Fleming and her husband Jack of Cranberry Township, Douglas Welsh and his wife Sara of Shaler, and Noellene Zabo and her husband Dan of Marshall Township. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, who affectionately referred to her as their “Lala”, and 12 great grandchildren. Jean was proceeded in death by her beloved husband of 56 years, Dr. F.H. Welsh and their daughter Terra M. Welsh, as well as her parents Paul and Elizabeth Ritter and her siblings, Naomi Faye Ritter and Furman “Bud” Ritter. Friends will be received on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM at Devlin Funeral Home Inc., 806 Perry Hwy., Ross Township, where services will be held Monday at 11:00 AM.
