Friends are welcome to join the family Tuesday at 10 am at St. Teresa of Avila parish to celebrate the Mass of Christian Burial. Inurnment will follow in North Side Catholic Cemetery. Norma always stated she was doing “terrific”and had a love of life she shared with all she met throughout her life. She loved traveling and made it to all 50 states. In early years she enjoyed swimming, ice skating and bowling. After retirement from Allegheny General Hospital, she spent much time working jigsaw puzzles with her friends at Perrytown.
I was so heartbroken to hear of Norma’s passing, she was such a strong woman! When I would visit her at Passavant or talk to her here at Elmcroft she was always so pleasant and upbeat despite her ailments. What a light. She came to practically every activity and was such a joy to talk to. I will deeply miss my friend whom I loved dearly. Thank you for sharing her with us, I am truly sorry for your loss and pray that you will have peace during this time, God bless.
– Jen, HLD at Elmcroft
