Norbert E. Wagner of West View, passed away on Friday, December 15, 2017. Husband of the late Eleanore P. (Moore) Wagner; loving father of Richard N. Wagner, Susan W. Montani and Patricia W. Gamrat (Paul); brother of the late Marie Nestor and Donald Wagner; proud grandfather of Samantha Montani-Siegelheim, Christopher Gamrat (Betsy), Dana Populo (James), Stephen M. Wagner (Elizabeth) and Derek Wagner; great-grandfather of Jeremy, Rebekkah and Maxwell.
Friends received Monday 9 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Athanasius Church Monday 11 a.m.

Dear Richard, Susan, and Patty,
I was so sorry to come across this obituary and know that we didn’t realize your dad had passed last year. There was never a time in our lives that it wasn’t “Wagner’s house” across the street from us. We are sad for your loss.
