Michael J. Kenitz, 22, of Adams Township, died Tuesday, July 5, 2011. He was the beloved son of Michael D. and Sue (Gillooly) Kenitz; loving brother of Ellen Marie Kenitz; grandson of James E. and Ann K. Gillooly and Lois Lesikiewicz and the late Andrew A. Lesikiewicz, and John A. Kenitz; nephew of Thomas Kenitz (Ann), Marci Paschel (Reg), Eileen Edwards (Walter), Kathy George (Bill), Patty Zopf (Bill), Janne Hillegas (Jon), Thomas Gillooly (Amy) and James Gillooly (Sue); beloved godfather of Tyler Moeller; and best friend of Samuel Mashuda; also survived by many loving cousins. Friends will be received from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME OF CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Road, 724-772-8800. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Ferdinand Church. Everyone please meet at church.
