It is with great sadness that his family announces the passing of Michael “Mike” Sheridan, 68, on July 16, 2021. Born in Etna to John and Magdalen (“Madge” Mihm), Mike is pre-deceased by his parents and brother John (married to Genevieve). He is survived by his wife of 34 years Beverly (Peacock), daughter Kathryn (“Katie” Rochester), son in-law Christopher Rochester, grandson Henry Michael Rochester, and brothers James and Donald (married to Karen).
Mike’s family was his pride and joy. He was most proud to be a husband, father, and recently, grandfather. He worked as an accountant, was with Reznor for 10 years and successfully bought, grew, and sold Industrial Machine, Inc. over 13 years.
Mike had a love of corny humor, Pollack’s dark chocolate and all Pittsburgh sports teams. He will be fiercely missed by all those who knew him.
Friends received Wednesday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry Twp. 2678 Rochester Rd. 724-772-8800. Mass of Christian burial in St. Kilian Church Thursday 11:00 a.m.

I met Mike years ago. I work at Robinson Fans (Robinson Industries) and had the privilege of seeing and talking to him over the years.
He’s in Paradise.
So sorry for your loss, Bev. Praying God’s peace and comfort in the days and months ahead.
Mike’s passing was received with sadness. He was a gentleman, loving father to my daughter-in-law, and grandfather all too briefly. Our thoughts are with Katie, Beverly and the extended family.
So sorry for your loss Bev. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you at this most difficult time.
May your wonderful memories of Mike be a comfort to you.
Lucy and Harry
So sad that Mike has left us. I remember shortly after moving to Liberty Hills he and I went and rented a tiller for the community garden. He was kind and willing to volunteer. He is missed.
We regret not having had the chance to get to know Mike better over the years. He was father to a lovely and loving woman and grandfather to the newest and dearest person in our family, so we will always remember him. As Katie shares stories of his grandfather with Henry, perhaps we’ll learn more too. We hope so. Katie, we are here for you when you need us. Bev, we are glad that you will have the comfort of friends and family close by in the weeks and months ahead.
Love, Kathleen and Chris
We are so sorry to hear of Mike’s passing. Lifting up you and your daughter for the peace, love, comfort and strength that only God can give.
