Peter J. McDonough, Jr., age 88, of McCandless Twp., on Wednesday, December 20, 2017. Husband of the late Dolores “Dee” (Vandewater); Loving father of Peter, Sharon, and Faith McDonough; Brother of Kenneth (Karen) McDonough; Brother-in-law of Victor Vandewater (Mary Ann); Also survived by loving nieces and nephews. Pete proudly served his country in the US Air Force. After being honorably discharged he spent a 33 year career at US Steel where he was a buyer.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be in St. Teresa of Avila Church, 1000 Avila Ct. Pgh, PA 15237 on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at 10AM. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society of St. Teresa.
