Matthew “Spike” Pehnec, 78, of Observatory Hill, formerly of Woods Run, died peacefully Wednesday, July 22, 2009. He is survived by his loving niece, Felicia Glinicki, whom he lived with, and loving niece, Arleen (Raymond) Gadomski; great-nephews, Raymond (Chris), Ronald (Amy) and Richard (Ann) Gadomski. He was preceded in death by a great-nephew, Russell Gadomski; great-great-nieces and nephews, Angelina, Rylee, Dominick and Ryan. Visitation from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial at 1 p.m. Saturday in St. Sebastian Church.
