Matthew Mehal

age 84 of Ross Twp. died on Tues. 9-14-02 at West Penn Hospital. He was born in Hostetter, PA on 4-12-1918, son of the late Matthew and Julianna Kurdelak Mehal. He was a World War II Army veteran, a member of V.F.W. Post 2754, and member of St. Teresa of Avila Church.
Beloved husband of Julia Vasinko Mehal. Loving father of Lawrence M. Mehal of Cincinatti, Donald M. Mehal of Mt. Airy, MD, and Janet M. Schmidt of Hampton. Brother of Joseph B. Mehal of LaFayette, Louisana, Katherine “Kay” Panella of Virginia Beach, and Irene D. Mahal of Jeanette. Devoted grandfather of Christina M. Schmidt.
Visitation Sunday and Monday 2-4, 7-9 PM at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Hwy. Ross Twp. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Teresa of Avila Tuesday At 10:00 AM. Burial will follow in North Side Catholic Cemetery.
