Age 81, of Economy, formerly of the North Hills, died suddenly on Saturday, July 4, 2015. Mary Jo was born in Cumberland, MD, the eldest daughter of the late George and Ursula (Zembower) Sell. She will be greatly missed by sisters, Sally Ogden and Christine Enders (John); brothers, George Sell, Jr., Jack Sell (Kay) and Greg Sell; her children, Cathy Yankello (Rick) of Economy, Barbara Oberlander (Richard) of Allison Park, Debra Kedzuf (Joseph) of Lakeland, FL, Richard Stack, Jr. (Gretchen) of Katy, TX, and stepson Brian Hynes of Kingston, GA; her grandchildren, Ricky Yankello, Ryan Stack (Jackie), Jenny Stack, Julie Stack, J.P. Kedzuf, Leah Kedzuf, Nick Kedzuf, and Aaron Oberlander; and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by husband, John G. Hynes III; sister, Russie Pennell; and daughter-in-law, Nancy Stack. Mary Jo attended St. Benedict’s High School and went on to Mercy School of Nursing. She worked as a nurse for Bell Telephone for more than 30 years. Mary Jo was a generous, kind, and compassionate person who was willing to help family and friends any way she could. Friends received Monday and Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME of CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Rd., (724) 772-8800. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Ferdinand Church on Wednesday at 10 a.m. with interment to follow in Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or any Catholic charity .
