Mary Dempsey
August 13, 1929 - August 12, 2001
age 71 of McCandless Twp. died on Sun. Aug. 12, 2001 at UPMC Passavant Hospital. She was born in Pgh daughter of the late Thomas J. Jr. and Elizabeth McCarthy Dempsey. She was a retired dietician. A June 1951 graduate of Margaret Morrison College of Carnegie Tech. She worked for over 30 years for Stouffer Corp. and also a supervisor for numerous institutions as a dietician. She was a member of St. Sebastian Church, where she was a Eucharistic Minister.
Survived by 1 brother, Thomas J. Dempsey, and nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
Visitation Tues. and Wed. 2-4, 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Sebastian Church, Ross Twp. Thurs. Aug. 16, 2001 at 11:00 AM.
Burial in Calvary Cemetery.
