Surrounded by her family, Bee passed on Friday, October 8, 2021. Born May 12, 1926 in Pgh., PA. She was a long time resident of West View. Daughter of the late William “Cappy” and Philomena “Minnie” (Ubinger) Conners. Loving mother of Eileen McKiernan (Jim), Kathleen Wood (Rob), and Jack Fitzgerald. Proud grandmother of R.J. and Kelly Wood. Beloved sister of Fred Conners, Winifred Daly, and the late Thomas Conners and William Conners. Aunt, cousin and dear friend to many. She was predeceased by her late husband Jack Fitzgerald and her son-in-laws, Rob Wood and Jim McKiernan. Friends and family received Monday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish, St. Athanasius Church, Tuesday, 10 a.m. Burial at Christ the Redeemer Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please send memorial contributions to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or Children’s Hospital.

I remember Bee from working at Vincentian Home, many years ago. Bee was an awesome nurse. Caring and compassionate. Kind to all.
