In her 94th year, of Ross Twp., passed away on July 27, 2021. Wife of the late Thomas B. Devlin; Loving mother of Mark B. Devlin (Maririta), Thomas J. Devlin (Celeste), and Maribeth D. Donnelly (Harry); Proud grandmother of Erin Patrizio (Jeff), Brian Devlin, Meg Donnelly, Haines Donnelly, and Katy Donnelly; Treasured great-grandmother of Sophia, Joseph, John Paul and Michael; Sister of the late Lillian Herb and the late Rita Beck; Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, relatives and countless friends. Friends will be received on Friday from 2-6PM at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME. INC., 806 Perry Hwy., Ross Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial in St. Teresa of Avila Church, Our Lady of Mount Carmel Parish, 1000 Avila Ct., Pgh, PA 15237 on Saturday at 9:30AM; Mitzi was a proud graduate of Duquesne University. She enjoyed a career as a teacher at Chatham Elementary School on the north side of Pittsburgh. In her later years, Mitzi stayed active serving as a eucharistic minister at nursing homes and volunteering with the St. Teresa Loyal Christian Mothers; She kept her mind sharp by playing bridge with several groups every week. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society, Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish, 800 Avila Ct., Pgh, PA 15237.

Tom, Celeste and the entire Devlin Family,
We are so deeply saddened to learn of the loss of your dear mother.

I am so sorry to hear about your dear Mother’s passing. I’m sure she and your Dad are dancing together in Heaven and reunited. I will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
We are so sorry to hear of your loss, Mark, Tom, and Maribeth. We know Aunt Mitzi led a wonderful, blessed life. Hopefully she is up there playing a card game with her sisters and their husbands. God bless all of your families.
