Margaret A. “Peg” (Franklin) Fischer – Of Ross Twp., formerly of Observatory Hill, on Thursday, September 20, 2018, of a broken heart. Wife of the late Frederick Fischer and Earl Franklin; stepmother of Cheryl Stephany (Thomas), Kimberly Madden, Sandra Zelkovic (Robert), Frederick Fischer, Jr. (Mary Lynn), and Gregory Fischer (Maria); sister of Betty Brown (Gene); aunt of Randy Brown (Elizabeth), Pastor Timothy Brown (Alanna), and Rebecca Jordan; great-aunt of Juliya, Jordan, and Josiah; also survived by 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Friends received Sunday 2-7 p.m. at Devlin Funeral Home, INC., 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills, where services will be held Monday 11 a.m. Peg worked for Bell Telephone and retired from Verizon in 1998.
