age 69 of Ross Twp. Died at his residence on Mon. 3-8-04. He was born in Pgh on 2-22-35 son of the late Leo A. And Catherine Koepfrich Neugebauer. He was a 50 year member of Sheet Metal Workers Union #12.
Survived by his wife, JoAnne Frazee Neugebauer, Father of Sharon Waters and her husband, Brad of Ross, Eric Neugebauer and his wife, Lisa of Ross, Joseph Neugebauer of Ross, Linda Augustine and her husband, Jim of Ross and Gary Neugebauer and his wife, Kerri of Avalon. Brother of Bernie, Paul, Jim, and Mike Neugebauer. Grandfather of Steve, Jaclyn, Joe, Eric, Danny, Amy and Jessica..
Visitation Tues. And Wed. 2-4, 7-9 PM at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Hwy. Ross Twp. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Teresa of Avila Church, Thurs. 12 Noon. Burial will follow in North Side Catholic Cemetery. In Lieu of Flowers contributions to the American Cancer Society.
