Lena Pointer – Age 84, of Gibsonia, PA, formerly of Ruffs Dale, PA and Carnegie, PA, was welcomed home on Tuesday, August 28, 2018 by her beloved late husband, Donald Pointer, whom she was married to for 58 years. Daughter of the late Frank and Rose Barone, she is survived by her sister, Fran Michalowski and her husband, Jim. Preceded in death by her brothers Anthony, Art, and Nick Barone and her sister, Marie Crivaro. She was the loving mother of Stacey Holik and her husband, Steve; Daneen Culpepper and her husband, Jeff; and Donald Pointer, Jr. and his wife, Luann. She was the proud grandmother of Lori, Stevie, Nicole, Alana, Evan, Collin, Megan, Jackson and Wesley as well as great-grandmother to Shaelyn, Gage, Grant, Harper, Deacon and Adeline. Also survived by many loving friends and relatives who will be received on Saturday, September 1, 2018 from 12-5 p.m. followed by a service at 5 p.m. at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry TWP.

My sweet Aunt Lena. So many fond memories of holidays and spending time with all the family gathered around, playing the guitars and singing. Sitting around your table talking and laughing. Our hearts are sad but I know you are in heaven and with Uncle Don. We will always love and miss you.
A world without Aunt Lena in it just doesn’t make sense. She was so much more than an Aunt to me. She loved me as her third daughter. I already miss you terribly. Love you forever.
