Laura L. Ference
Age 64, of Jackson Twp., passed away peacefully on Monday, November 22, 2021 after a brief illness. Born November 21, 1957, daughter of Wanda (Walton), and the late William Evanoff. Beloved wife of Paul E. Ference, whom she married on May 24, 1980; loving mother of Dan (Alison) Ference, and Joe (Carly) Ference; dear Grammy of Connor, Tyler, and Leo. She is preceded in death by her brothers Bill Evanoff and Jim Evanoff; her sister Terri; and nephew Josh Haas.
Laura worked as a nurse for 40+ years. Starting her career in the emergency room, while also spending some time in Nursing Home care and telenursing (specializing in diabetes education). She worked the last 20 years in pediatrics, where she was loved by all her patients.
Laura was a baseball mom/grammy to her core. She could always be found on the sidelines/outfield cheering on her sons and grandsons.
Family and friends are welcome on Friday from 4-8 pm at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Twp. The family kindly asks all friends and family to please wear masks. Funeral Services will be held Saturday at 10 am at the funeral home, with Rev. Sean Kelly officiating. Interment will follow at Pinewood Memorial Park.

So glad I got to work with Laura and enjoy her humor & calm manner. I remember her talking so fondly about her family, her dog, and some of the good food she cooked! My sympathy & prayers to all who loved her.
