Someday, my young friend, we will “step” together again.

Such a breath of fresh air you brought when you entered a room. Your energy was unsurpassed.

You will never be forgotten. Your memory will live on in my mind and I am sure the minds of many others.

My prayers for your family will be never ceasing. May God’s strength and peace surround them.

Johnson-Chappell family:I am deeply sorry for your loss. I did not know Kristal personally but know her husband Jason, and father-in-law Hugh. There are no words to describe how badly I feel about your loss. Jason and family, you are in our thoughts and prayers.

What a shock this is to all of us. We struggle to understand why this has happened. Kristal was a beautiful person and this became apparent to anyone who knew her. She made each of us strive to be a better individual and she had a profound impact on my life.

The days ahead will be extremely difficult, but I am reminded of her warm smile. This will prove to be a lasting memory, one of many.
