23, of North Hills, suddenly passed on Friday, January 29th, 2016 after a hard-fought battle with addiction. Beloved son of Harry “Bud” Simon and Sally Minnock (Barry), and cherished brother of Doree (Ted) and Bridget Simon (Jameson “JJ”), and his favorite dog Moe; grandson of the late Harry “Bud” and Doris Simon and Patrick and Sarah Minnock; also survived by many loving uncles, aunts, cousins and friends. Kevin leaves his loved ones with beautiful memories of his gentle soul, and his love for music, books, and time spent with family and friends. Friends received Sunday from 1-6pm at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 806 Perry Hwy., Ross Twp. Mass of Christian Burial, Monday 10 AM in St. Teresa of Avila Church, 1000 Avila Ct., Pgh, PA 15237, with interment to follow. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Oasis Recovery Center of Western Pennsylvania, 960 Penn Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
