Kevin W. McCarthy Wexford Kevin William McCarthy, 60, of Wexford, passed away Saturday, Sept. 8, 2012. He was the beloved husband of Lori (May) McCarthy; proud father of Jennifer (Michael) Zollars and Laura McCarthy; loving Pop Pop to Brady, Lucy and Macy Zollars; son of Marie and the late Dr. William McCarthy, of Thornburg; and dear brother of Maureen Lamberti, Eileen (Jack) Whiteford, Jeaneen Hall (John), Noreen McCarthy, Brian McCarthy, Brendan McCarthy, Martin McCarthy, Pegeen Ward (Jim) and Sean McCarthy (Michelle). Also surviving are brothers-in-law, Mark Garrett and Anthony Civello; 21 nieces and nephews; and 25 great-nieces and great-nephews. Kevin was a dedicated employee of Towers Perrin for 22 years. After retirement, he found joy in volunteering for Catholic Charities Free Health Care Center and various church outreach programs. Kevin was preceded in death by his sisters, Kathleen Garrett and Colleen Civello. He will be greatly missed by a large community of friends and neighbors. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12, at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME of CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Township. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 13, in SS. John and Paul Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to True Life After Stroke, 5150 Orchard Ave., Bethel Park, PA 15102.
