Kevin Flaherty, Age 67 of Pittsburgh passed away on Friday, December 30, 2022. Kevin was the beloved son of Trudy (Houpt) and the late Thomas Flaherty, Jr. He was the loving brother of Kathy (Mickey) McKenna, Thomas III (Kathy Jean) Flaherty, Teresa (Gary) Heusey, and Michael (Charlene) Flaherty. Kevin was a proud uncle of 11 and great-uncle of 16. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends. Kevin began his career as a skilled auto mechanic but discovered his real interest was in bricklaying and he started Kevin Flaherty Contracting Company. Throughout his life Kevin loved the outdoors, often camping, hiking and kayaking. He stayed close to the Lord and always had his Bible with him. He especially enjoyed spending time with his men’s Bible study group. A celebration of Kevin’s life will be on Thursday, January 5 from 7:30-9:00 pm at Grace Community Church, 9160 Marshall Road, Cranberry Twp, PA 16066. Memorial contributions may be made to Grace Community Church.
