I remember Aunt June always being the kindest soul. The countless family parties in her back yard, basketball games jarts, horseshoes accordion music. Frankly, its amazing the kids all survived those crazy times.

Later in life she was so appreciative of my having cut her lawn. She always greeted everyone with open arms and a huge smile. Her infectious laugh, her optimistic outlook on life. The Wilson family has a difficult road of healing ahead and for that I pray, but I also take solace in knowing she and George are together again in heaven. She is in her happy place, listening to George and Mike telling terrible jokes, Playing bingo with Nancy and the girls.

Praying for the Wilsons loss and Heavens gain.

I remember how kind Aunt June was to us whenever we came to Pittsburgh to visit with the Walter Heron family. You would have thought we were HER grandchildren.

It was uplifting to hear of the tender care she received from her family when she most needed that support.

    Keeping you in my prayers.

So many wonderful memories of this beautiful lady. June’s bright light and joyful disposition was infectious. The minute you were in June’s presence you felt loved, appreciated, and happy. I will always remember her kind heart and genuine interest in knowing how all the family members were doing. June was a “giver”… constantly giving of herself and sharing her love for us all in so many ways. We were blessed to have her for our Aunt. We will miss your gentle, sweet spirit and bubbly laugh but know you are sharing your love and joy with those who have gone home before you. You will be dearly missed. We are sending our love to all of the Wilson family and praying for ease and peace in the days ahead.
