Joseph L. Neugebauer, of Ross, died Saturday, April 16, 2011. He was the beloved son of JoAnne (Frazee) Neugebauer and the late Leo G. Neugebauer; loving brother of Sharon Waters (Brad), Eric Neugebauer (Lisa), Linda Augustine (Jim) and Gary Neugebauer (Kerri); and uncle of Steve and Joey Waters, Jackie Mavin, Eric Neugebauer, Dan and Amy Augustine, Jessica and Colin Neugebauer. Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills, where services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Teresa of Avila Church.
