Beloved husband of Elaine (Skovira) Vogrin; loving father of Tracy Moore (Jason) and Debra Goehring (Joseph); dear grandfather of Ryan Joseph, Isabella Rose, Olivia Sarah, Felicia Elaine, and Kyle Elliot; brother of Frank Vogrin, Dianne Morelli, Linda Boyle, Barbara Hauch and the late Dolores Broadbent. Joe has been solicitor for Shaler Twp. for over 27 years and is of counsel to the law firm, Meyer Darragh Buckler Bebenek and Eck, where he previously practiced in the areas of motor vehicle, criminal and municipal law. He is Past Master John Brashear Lodge #743 F&AM. He was a graduate of Duquesne University and Duquesne University Law School. Family and friends received Saturday 6-8 p.m. and Sunday 2-4, 6-8 p.m., at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills.
