Topka (Amanda); brother of Kathy Welch (John); brother-in-law of Daniel Budziszewski (Lynn) and Ronald J. Budziszewski (Diane); proud grandfather of Carter, Chloe and Jemma; also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Friends received Sunday 2-6 pm at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish, St. Sebastian Church, Monday 10. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to Washington Area Humane Society.
