Joe lived next to me at bear run. He was special. He took me under his wing and he and Nancy were like my family whilst i lived there. I was heart broken after I’d heard of his passing. He was truly and simply the best. I feel so lucky to have known such a wonderful and generous soul 🖤 rest peacefully Joe! Love you my friend 🖤
