    Dear Carol, Paul and family,

So sorry to hear of Joe’s passing. He was a very sweet, kind soul whom I had the pleasure of meeting at Optimal P.T. and seeing him a few weeks ago. I will remember his cheerful, warm smile and personality. I know he will be missed by you all.

I hope that fond memories of him will bring you peace and comfort, even through this difficult time.

    With sincere sympathy,

    Karen Wagner
