John Rock, of New Sewickley Twp., formerly of Ross Twp., passed away on Friday, July 20, 2018. Loving father of Ronald Rock and Anita J. Schrauder (Andy); brother of Robert Rock “Janie”, Douglas Rock (the late Kathleen) and the late Steve Rock (his surviving wife Sandy); proud grandfather of Marcus and Casey Witkowski; great-grandfather Aniya Zindren.
Friends received Tuesday 4 p.m. until time of service at 7 p.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME OF CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Rd., 724-772-8800.

Anita, Ron and family,
It’s hard to even express our feelings at this time at the passing of Johnny. When Johnny left the service, Grandma Rock said that the doctors there said that he would never live to a ripe old age but he kept defying the odds and the family has been better for it. We will surely miss him and his crazy menagerie of animals but he is now with the Father rejoicing in Heaven.
