Age 82 of Cranberry Twp., died on Fri 11-05-2004 at St. Barnabas Nursing Home, Gibsonia. John was born on 07-22-1922 in Pittsburgh son of the late William and Anna (Muck) Heckman. John was a retired salesman for Keystone Plumbing Company, a member of St. Alphonsis Church and a World War II Army Veteran.
Beloved husband of Mary (Esposito) Heckman. Father of John Heckman and his wife Esther of Cresthill Ill and Karen Niemczyk and her husband James of Valentia. Brother of Eugene Heckman of New Mexico. Grandfather of Rick and Scott Heckman and Jennifer Daugherty and Melinda Niemczyk. Great grandfather of Amara, Jake and Annalee. Also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation Sat 7-9 PM and Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Road, 724-772-8800. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Alphonsus Church Monday 10 am. Interment will follow in St. Alphonsus Cemetery.
