John Seminatore, SR.
March 06, 1928 - June 25, 2004
Age 76, of McCandless, on Friday, June 25, 2004, at the VA Medical Center in Aspinwall, of complications from cancer. Born March 6, 1928 in Pgh., he was the son of the late John and Teresa Natale Seminatore. Jack was a loving father and grandfather. Formerly employed by the Hilton Hotel in Pgh., also a WWII Veteran and a member of St. Teresa Parish of Perrysville. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his wife, Zita Seminatore in 1986 and twin brother, Michael Seminatore in 1993; surviving are 3 children, John Seminatore, Jr. and his wife Mary, of McCandless, Theresa Weldon and her husband Robert, of Youngwood and Barbara Golden and her husband Thomas, of McCandless; 8 grandchildren, Ashley, Rachel, Benedict and Isabella Seminatore, Riley and Gillian Diffenderfer, Leah and Matthew Golden; a brother Samuel Seminatore; several nieces nephews, cousins and specials friends, Virginia Conway and Germaine Kuayt. He will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved him. Friends received Sunday 2-4 & 7-9pm at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Teresa of Avila Church, Monday 11am. A special thankyou to the staff of the VA Hospital for the kindness and respect given to Jack during his illness.
