Age 52 of Marshall Twp., died on 2-15-2006 in her residence after a short but brave battle with cancer. She was born in Pittsburgh on 11-20-1953 daughter of the late Theodore and Inez Kosakowski. JoAnne was an Account Clerk for Billco Motors.
Best friend and devoted wife of Fred J. Vey, loving mother of Erin K., and Eric J. Vey. Sister of Kate Lazzara of Northeast, PA., Ted Kosakowski, of Cincinnati, OH., and Stephanie Weir of Ben Avon Heights; sister in law of Debbie Penn of McCandless Twp., daughter in law of Fred J. Vey Sr. And Nonie Vey of Ross Twp. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
