Joanne Dugan (Keir) of Ross Twp., on Monday, May 15, 2017. Beloved wife of 63 years to the late Thomas E. “Ted” Dugan; Loving mother of Marcia A. Dugan (John Harper), Elaine D. Green (Jeff), Patty J. Toplak (Rob) and Laura D. Kreutzer (Jeff); proud grandmother of Matt, Mike and Danny Green, Kelsey and Andrew Toplak, Nathan, Ben, Seth and Luke Kreutzer; Lifelong friend of Peggy Dolan Zotter; Also survived by many loving friends and extended family. Friends will be received on Thursday from 2-4 and 6-8PM at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 806 Perry Hwy., Ross Twp. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held in St. Teresa of Avila Church on Friday 10AM.
