Neugebauer; loving mother of Sharon Waters (Brad), Eric Neugebauer (Lisa), Linda Augustine (Jim), Gary Neugebauer (Kerri), and the late Joseph Neugebauer; proud grandmother of Steve, Jaclyn, Joe, Eric, Danny, Amy, Jessica, and Colin; Sister of James “Fritz” Frazee and the late William Frazee, Ralph Frazee and Doris Schwartz.
