Joan M. Williams
Age 89, of McCandless, passed away on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2023. Born August 12, 1933, daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Staas) LaValley. Beloved wife of the late Earl Williams, whom she married on June 19, 1954; loving mother of Lynn(David) Solomon, Nancy Chisholm, and James Williams; grandmother of Ilene, Heather, and Leandra; great-grandmother of Adrian, Jack, Kate, and Benjamin.
Family and friends are welcome on Monday from 6-8 pm at Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills. A Blessing Service will be held Tuesday at 11 am at the funeral home, with Rev. Jeff Craig officiating. Interment to follow at North Side Catholic Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made in Joan’s name to St. Ferdinand Comfort Blanket Ministry.

Joan was a valued member of St Ferdinand’s Comfort Blanket Ministry. Her sewing was beautiful, and I usually picked hers to give to someone in need. She’d use wild life, especially Eagles. Miss you dear Joan, but we will be together again in Heaven.
