age 73 of Ross Twp. Died peacefully at her residence on Sat 10-16-2004. She was born in Pittsburgh on 03/18/1931. Daughter of the late David and Margaret (Viney) Blackstock. She was a homemaker and a member of Christ Episcopal Church and a member of Easter Star #526. Joan was also a former Girl Scout Leader.
Beloved Wife of 55 years to Earl K. Hartzell. Loving Mother of David E. And his wife Deborah of Elizabeth., and Elaine H. Hague of Ross Twp. Dear Grandmother of David Hague and Marc Hartzell. Sister of Betty Donahue, Jean Harris and Shirley Guckert.
Visitation Monday 7-9 PM and Tuesday 2-4 & 7-9 Pm at the Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Highway, Ross Twp. Services in Christ Episcopal Church, 5910 Babcock Blvd. Ross Twp. Wednesday Time Later. Burial will follow in Uniondale Cemetery.
