Age 65, of Hampton Township, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, October 18, 2025, Beloved husband for 33 years of Luann; Proud father of Ben and Jake Kraus; James is also survived by loving relatives and friends. James enjoyed a long career as an electrician. Nothing made him happier than hunting, fishing, and spending time in his garden. A kind man that took pleasure in talking to everyone that he came across. A celebration of life will be at the Saint Ursula’s Church Hall, 3945 Kirk Ave., Allison Park, PA 15101 on October 30th from 4pm to 8pm. Arrangements by DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME.

Jimmy’s passing caused me to think about the good ole days He was a tough kid and a great football player. Jimmy and my older brothers hung out a lot and June and Paul were friends with my parents. Jimmy dog “Hot dog” would walk from his house to ours to visit and Jimmy always had to come get him. WOW so sad. Prayers for you and family.

I was a childhood friend of Jim. I lost track of him when I left for the military in 1980. I remember him as an outgoing and fun loving individual. Very sad to hear of his passing. My thoughts and prayers go out to his wife Luann and his sons. Gone way too soon. 🙏
Luann Ben and Jake I’ve known Jim since high-school. He was always so much fun to be around. We then became neighbors and I always enjoyed seeing him. He will be missed. RIP my friend.
I’ll miss Jim’s unstoppable affability, constant friendliness, and sly sense of humor. He always did his best for Luann, Ben, and Jake and always had time for his neighbors. It breaks my heart that he’s gone but I’m grateful he’s at peace.
