James R. Parks Sr., 90, of Scott Township, formerly of the North Side, died Sunday, Aug. 16, 2009. He was the husband of the late Margaret (Turnbaugh) Parks; loving father of James R. (Mary B.) Parks Jr, of Scott Township; brother of Charles Parks, Anna Mae Brytko and the late Rita Gaul; grandfather of Maura DeRiggi and Megan (Michael) Liston; and great-grandfather of Alexis DeRiggi. Friends received from 2 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial Wednesday in St. Peter’s Church, North Side, 9:30 AM
