McHUGH JAMES F. Of Cabot, PA, formerly of Cranberry Twp., on Thursday, October 31, 2013. Beloved husband of 69 years to Ruth M. Windram McHugh; father of Dr. Gary J. McHugh (Karen), Larry F. McHugh (Linda), Mary Jo Bullington (Dr. Bert), and Maureen R. McHugh; grandfather of Maura Starshak (Bill), Brad Bullington (Meg), Kari Zavolta (Paul), Ryan McHugh (Kate), Kelly McHugh, Danny and Maggie Sharp, Steve Bullington (Julie), Rob Bullington (Sushma), Carl Cincotta (Lisa), and Lisa Limonciello (Tom); also survived by 14 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Brother of the late Charles McHugh, Ruth Bittner, and Evelyn Smyers. Friends received Friday 3-7 p.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME OF CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Rd., 724-772-8800. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Kilian Church, Cherry and Clark St., Saturday 11 a.m. EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH. Jim was an engineer with PA Railroad, Conrail, and Amtrak for 30 years. He was an Air Force major with 23 years of active and reserve duty. He was awarded two air medals over Germany and Central Europe. He completed 26 missions over Germany as a lead bombardier.
