Friends received Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills, where a Blessing Service will be held Wednesday 11 a.m. James was an Air Force veteran during the Korean War stationed at Kimpo Air Force Base and a long time employee of Midland-Ross.
