Jacalyn Deaner
Age 64, of New Sewickley Twp., passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on July 7, 2019. Born Feb. 22, 1955 in Fargo, ND, daughter of the late Clifford and Ramona Ellingson. Beloved wife of Richard Deaner, whom she married on September 10, 1982; loving mother of Clarisa, Teresa (Tony) Armel, and Douglas; dear grandma of Elyssa, Hailey, and Adelyn; sister of Craig (Carolyn) Ellingson, Jeff (Debbie) Ellingson and the late Cindy Mattson.
Jackie was fun loving and kind-hearted with a care-free spirit. Her sweet smile and infectious laugh would endear her to anyone she would meet. She enjoyed puzzles, crochet, reading books, bowling, and playing bingo. She also enjoyed spending quality time and doing silly little things with her children and grandchildren.
Family and friends are welcome Thursday July 11, 2019 from 5-8 pm at Devlin Funeral Home of Cranberry, 2678 Rochester Road, Cranberry Twp. A Celebration of Jackie’s life will be held at Friday, July 12, 2019 at 11 am at the funeral home, officiated by Rev. Doug Meyers.
Interment will be held at The National Cemetery of The Alleghenies.
