Irene A. Shannon of the North Side, passed away on Friday September 1, 2017. Wife of the late James B. Shannon; loving mother of Jimmy P. (Jennifer) Shannon and Cindy (Joe) Concannon; sister of the late Edward and Thomas Mock; proud grandmother of Danny and Erik ( Erin) ; great-grandmother of Matthew and Brady.

Friends received Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8p.m. at Devlin Funeral Home, Inc., 806 Perry Highway., North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Athanasius Church Wednesday 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or Animal Friends.
