Helen Allison, 93, of McCandless Township (Wexford), formerly of Lincoln Place, on Friday, July 31, 2009. Beloved wife of the late George W. Allison; loving mother of Thomas (Melanie) of Rochester, Minn., and Joan Burnos (Robert) of McCandless; proud grandmother of Thomas, Benjamin (Melinda), Emily and Chelsea Allison, Jeremy Cassell, and Rebecca and Daniel Burnos; sister of the late Elizabeth Wagner, Irene Visnich, Mary Jean Toth, and Dorothy Conte; also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins. Friends will be received Friday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills. A Mass of Christian Burial in St. Teresa of Avila Church on Saturday 10 a.m. Interment will take place at Monongahela Cemetery, Monday, Aug. 10 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Boy Scout Troop #368, c/o St. Teresa of Avila, 1000 Avila Ct., Pittsburgh, PA 15237.
