Helen (Yovanich) Sosso

age 80 of Ross Twp. Died on 8-13-02 at Vincentian Regency Nursing Home. She was born on 09-21-1921 in Irwin, Pa daughter of the late Daniel and Louise Hornick Yovanich. She was a former member of Sacred Heart Church, Shady Side.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Thomas D. Sosso Sr. Loving mother of Thomas D. Sosso (Big Daddy) of ShadySide, Daniel R. Sosso of Bradford Woods, Robert R. Sosso of Sewickley, James J. Sosso of Shady Side, Mary Louise Sosso of Ross, Denise Figlio of Ct, Celeste Iaderose and her husband Adolph of Glenshaw, Michael P. Sossa and his wife Anna of Gibsonia. Sister of Marie L. Yovanich of Shady Side, Goldie Markovitch of CA., LaVerne Remo of NV. Cousin of Milan Yovanich. Cherished grandmother of, Mark, Scott, Melissa, Michael, Maria, Anna Sosso, Michele Shafer, Lauren Figlio and Anthony Figlio.
Preceded in death by a sister, Lois Yovanich.
Visitation Wed 7-9 Thurs 2-4 &7-9PM. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Teresa of Avila Church, Fri 11 AM. Burial will follow in Allegheny Co. Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association
