Of Ross Township, on Monday, February 26, 2007 in her 90th year. Wife of the late Newton E. Hykas; beloved mother of Sandra Bortle of Birmingham, Alabama, Donna Texter of Shaler, and Sharon Atzert of Ross; also survived by 5 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Friends received Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at the T.B. Devlin Funeral Home, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills. Mass of Christian burial in St. Teresa of Avila Church, Friday 10:30 A.M. The family requests contributions to Family Hospice, 1423 Liverpool St., Pittsburgh, PA 15233.

I would like to offer my condolences to you the children of Helen. I delivered meals on wheels to your mom and she was a delightful women. I always enjoyed chatting with her, we would always talk about our mutual love of visiting Wheeling casino. She always told me when her daughter would take her there. She is going to be very much missed by me and all the folks that deliver meals to Perrytown. I am very sorry for your loss.
