George Vilsack
April 23, 1922 - October 02, 2001
age 79 of Ross Twp. died at Vicentian Regency Home. Son of the late George R. and Mary Dulak Vilsack. He was a retired manager for B. Lipsitz Tobacco Co. He was a member of Centennial Lodge #544 F&AM, American Legion Post #81 and West View VFW Post 2754. He received the Bronze Star for meritorious achievement in ground operations against the enemy during the Rhineland Campaign of the European Theater of Operations.
Survived by his wife, Louise Hengstler Vilsack, Father of William R. Vilsack, Stepfather of Vivian L. Foster and Andrew L. Whitfield. 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
