In his 81st year, of Laurel Gardens, Ross Twp., passed away on Friday, May 20, 2022. Beloved husband for 55 years of Carole Gene (Wynn); Loving father of Tracey Hess (Ken) and Scott Mlakar; Proud Poppy of Emily and Ben Hess; Brother of Patty Mlakar and Linda Vance (Ken); Brother-in-law of Barbara Hunter (Jim Ruggieri) and Mary Jean Wynn; George is also survived by loving relatives and friends. Friends will be received on Tuesday from 3-7PM at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, Inc. 806 Perry Hwy., Ross Twp. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Wednesday 10AM in St. Teresa of Avila Church (Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish). Everyone please meet at church. A private committal will take place at Christ Our Redeemer Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Animal Friends, 562 Camp Horne Rd., Pgh, PA 15237.
