Of West View on December 28, 2003; beloved husband of Dolores “Dolly” (Vogrin) Broadbent; loving father of Nancy Schlicher of West View, Janice Broadbent of Bellevue and George Broadbent of Evans City; brother of John, Frank, and James Broadbent, Rita Kujawa and the late Anna Mae Forsythe and Dorothy Hurley; also survived by five grandchildren. Visitation Mon. and Tues. 2-4 & 7-9 pm at the T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Highway, North Hills. Mass of Christian Burial in St. Athanasius Church, Wed. 10 am. George was a 50 year member of Steam Fitters Local 449. In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Allegheny General Hospital, Digestive Health Center, 320 E. North Ave., Pgh., PA 15212.
