Frank John Zotter, 86, of Saxonburg, passed away on November 23, 2023; son to the late Frank and Marcella Zotter; husband of 57 years to Joan Loebig Zotter; Father to John Zotter, Valerie (Duane)Bailey, Frank Zotter, and Matthew (Amanda) Zotter; grandfather to Jordyn (Paul) Blendinger, Merrik Kamholz, and Zoë Zotter; brother to the late Carl (Surviving spouse Sandra) Zotter; and uncle to many nieces and nephews.
A hero to many and friend to all as a respected officer of the law, Frank was devoted to protecting his community and his family. Always a giver of his time, his services, and his stories, Frank’s infectious love of fishing and gardening brought joy and nourishment to many. I personally had a wonderful conversation with him about ten years ago when he told me about his faith in Jesus. He was not able to come to our class reunion at that time.

They Were Both Very Proud, But Humble; Of The Position(s) They Held; And Worked Well With My Cousin, ( Chief Robert “Buddy” Butzler ) And My Late Mother, ( Nancy Butzler Uhl ); With Liaison Matter(s) Between NHHS & RTPD.
