On behalf of Frank’s West View High School Class Of 1955 we extend our deepest sympathy to his family.
He will always be remembered as a friendly and caring man.
I personally had a wonderful conversation with him about ten years ago when he told me about his faith in Jesus. He was not able to come to our class reunion at that time.
