Of Ross Twp., on Monday, September 5, 2022. Born August 16, 1934, in Pgh., PA, daughter of the late Edward and Mary Shaeffer. Beloved wife of 70 years to Joseph W. Bartlett, Sr.; loving mother of Joseph W. Bartlett, Jr. (Bobbi); sister of the late Anna McDonald and Frances Kuyat; proud grandmother of Kathryn Bartlett, Matthew Bartlett (Lisa), and Jacob Bartlett (Kourtney); great-grandmother of Kaylee, Adam, Levi, Clara, and Anna. Friends received Sunday 2-6 p.m. at DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, INC., 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills, where Services will be held Monday 10:30 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Etta’s name to The Shriners Children’s Erie Hospital.
