78, of Adams Township, passed away surrounded by her family Friday, Nov. 7, 2014. She was the beloved wife for 47 years to Raymond R. Konesky; and loving sister of Mary Garland and Rosalyn Shontz (Edward). She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. Esther enjoyed a long career as a certified registered nurse anesthetist. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME OF CRANBERRY, 2678 Rochester Road, (724) 772-8800. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:30 a.m. Monday in St. Kilian Church (Clark and Cherry St., Mars). In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, St. John’s Specialty Care, or a charity of your choice.
