Bower (Ann); brother of Odette Flanagan; grandfather of Conner, Colin, and Cormac Bower. Friends received Saturday 9 a.m. until time of Blessing Service at 10 a.m. at T.B. DEVLIN FUNERAL HOME, 806 Perry Hwy., North Hills. Elder was a pilot in the Army Air Corps, 3rd Air Commando Group, during World War II.
